Terms of Service

Thea is an AI content assistant operated by Tapmates ("Tapmates", "we", "us"). These terms govern your access to and use of Thea. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Thea.

1. Access

Thea is invite-only and offered as a private beta. Access is personal to the account we grant it to. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, in particular to protect the service or its users.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Thea for anything unlawful or to infringe the rights of others
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the service
• resell or provide access to Thea without our written permission

3. Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the content you provide and connect. Thea uses AI to generate drafts and suggestions from that content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish or act on it. You are responsible for everything published from your account.

4. Availability

Thea is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta. Features may change and the service may be interrupted or discontinued without notice.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapmates is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of Thea.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of Thea after a change means you accept the updated terms.
