Thea is operated by Tapmates ("Tapmates", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use Thea, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and the credentials used to sign in
• Content — the material you create in Thea and the accounts you connect to it
• Usage data — technical logs such as requests, actions, and errors needed to run and secure the service

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide Thea, generate drafts and suggestions, operate connected integrations you enable, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing and subprocessors

To generate output, relevant content is sent to third-party AI providers such as Anthropic. When you enable an integration, we exchange the data needed to perform the actions you request with that provider, for example Google, Slack, X, or Ghost. Each provider handles data under its own terms.

4. Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data unless we must keep some of it to meet a legal obligation.
